Step-by-step instructions on how to get started with QSAR Flex and evaluate your first compound.
Check the Access and Licensing page for more information on creating an account
Go to qsarflex.comarrow-up-right or qsarflex.multicase.comarrow-up-right to log in.
Click on "+ Compounds" to begin adding new compounds.
Provide the necessary details or use the autofill feature with the compound name, SMILES notation, or registry number.
Add the compound to your library.
Click on the green "Evaluate" button to start the analysis.
Select the desired modules for evaluation and click on "Evaluate."
After evaluation, review the analysis results.
Click the button next to the outcome to generate a module report, which will open in a new tab.
